half shaft boot is torn S70

well, if no clicking and there isn't much dirt/grime in it, you could put a new boot on it. You would have to take it apart and clean everything perfect with solvent and then reassemble with new boot/grease. At you mileage though, I would think replacing it might be a safer approach.

If you are doing it yourself, reboot first and see how it looks when you take it apart...if bad, then just buy a new halfshaft. The labor is in getting it out/in.
