broken fuel line/bad fuel pump 850 1994

Is there a quick or temporary fix for this, being that this particular fuel line is ery hard to find as well as very expenxive.
No, you pretty much screwed the pooch on this one. You need the whole line.

And is it possible to repair a fuel pump?
No, you replace the faulty pump and move on. There might be rebuilt pumps out there somewhere but last time I checked the rebuilders do not rebuild them. If the pump is dead it is junk, throw it away and get a new one.
