Time to start looking for a newer Volvo. What to be aware of in 01& newer?

MY02 also have bad ETM (I guess maybe earlier production)
all boards always refer to 99-01 MY......it should be 99-02
after that volvo startred to install ETA electronic throttle actuator, controlled by ECM

I hope volvo finally willl amke the move to replacee them (cover) costs in case of breakdown......but this would set back Ford by multi millions
