Bum Cigarette Lighter 850 1996

Oh now, we know that not everyone uses the cig. lighter to light cigarettes with...I use mine for a cell phone charger.

Anyway, the sleave that it goes down into is part #9130515. It's easy to switch out. No soldering or anything. Just take the square part that it is in out (a couple of screws) and work the sleeve out from behind after disconnecting the connector (3 wires I think, as the ground wire is shared with the light bulb in there). To replced, just work the new sleeve in from behind and connect the wires back the same way. You'll probably have to get the lighter sleeve from the dealer. Good luck!
