Well, I don't think my car has problems with the ball joints or any other suspension components for that matter. Everything feels tight. Plus, the shaking in the steering (under braking) wasn't present with the old Volvo rotors. I made sure to clean the hub mating surface when I replaced the rotors. I've replaced many rotors and never had this problem before. BUT,...
One thing that I just found out today: My mom took the car to Sears to have the tires balanced after I replaced the brakes. I didn't know that she had this done as I am away at school during the week. I'm thinking that maybe they didn't torque the wheel bolts? Could this have caused the problem?
Thanks for your help.
