Should I walk away? 850 1996

He was talking about the Tube that he has, I asked the same question, I really don't need so unless he wants to throw it in. I am going to get the car looked at, to see exactly what I am dealing with. The timing he said was changed at 95K, when would be the next time it should be changed? I may wait till spring to get the AC fixed, I certainly won't need it now. I will have to look into this victor person, I have seen alot of mentions here, but I don't know if I want to take off the module myself, and also not being able to use the car for that time (I need a speedometer, I have a heavy foot) So I will see. I just have to see and drive the car now. If its as good as I hope it is, it seems its a great deal, including with what he mentions is wrong with the car. I hope the mileage would be good, I need something fuel efficient. One more question guys, and I thank you all for the advice. Would it be terrible to put regular 87 gas in these cars, it would save me a bundle of fuel costs.
