There are a couple of torx screws below the passenger side windshield area (you'll have to lift your hood). Open the plastic flap after removing the screws and see what's in there. If you have a filter, change it...if no filter, then you can buy them and the retrofit filter holder from www.fcpgroton.com among others, like IPD. Good luck.
