I gave you a thumbs up vote on your reply. LOL I totally agree, though I would probably just do the thermostat to begin with. It's easy to open the system up at the thermostat housing to change the sensor too if it has also gone, but the sensor seems to last a good long time on these cars, whereas the thermostat does go after awhile and almost always seems to do this when the weather gets cold.
