Which Motor mount?? S70

If your lower mounts are relatively new them I'd point at the upper mount. When I bought my XC I took the upper torque arm and moved it side to side. The mount looked goo but it actually moved side to side. The rubber mount had completely sheared off and nothing was keeping the engine in place except the lower mounts! BTW is it more of a shake or one big thump?
