Vitor, did you ever notice that Ontario, CA could be in California (CA) or Canada (CA)? Seems that the USofA never bothered to check the international abbreviations before they instituted their two letter abbreviations.

Didn't Canada use CAN a while back? My memory is rapidly fading...
