Engine cuts off without warning while driving 850 1990

1993 850 Volvo GLT turbo

1st question Yes my engine does briefly cut off and come back on regardless of the speed.

2nd question No I do not have a heavy key ring, and yes it does restart right away.

3rd question 20-30 miles/hour approx. 15 min.
