Baffling fuel leak at fuel pump

Thanks for your tip... I figured the problem out. It was a loose black plastic retaining ring that holds the fuel pump in place. Even though I never
loosened that ring, I'm guessing that all the movement of the tank on the jack (up & down) may have loosened that ring enough... Anywho, it's tight now with no gas vapors escaping.
