I always liked the look of the Volvo rear spoiler on my 850. Some didn't.

I also tried blacking out the grill, leaving just the frame and slash/logo in the original chrome. Looked better, but not as good as I expected -- I think because the black grill didn't look balanced with the 850's grey body plastics. (Looks beautiful on my '99 C70 and '90 780 Turbo, by contrast.)

For interior upgrades, I would consider adding the Volvo aerial down switch (see www.borton.com), but as you've already replaced the stock unit (which would put up the antenna no matter what), this may not be necessary at all in your 850.

Personally, I'm not a fan of wheels with studs around the outer rim, but other than that, I think your car looks very nice as is.
