FLUSH THE TRANSMISSION!!

You didn't mention anything about transmission fluid. If you don't flush it every 30K you will be spending lots of money in the near future. I would also consider changing out the powersteering fluid (ATF fluid) and brake fluid in the near future. If you want to get your mileage out of this car, just be prepared to change the fluids as they break down over time/use.
