Oil in coolant S70

98 S70 T5 with 98 K miles on - I had oil in the coolant and the indy did a head gasket job. But now, 3 weeks latter and I am still getting oil in the coolant and have added 1 1/2 quarts of oil. At first thought it was just residue oil left in the cooling system, but I am adding to much oil.

What is going on here?? How is the oil getting in the coolant?? I do not see any coolant in the oil.
