I have never personally delt with hitches, however my neighbour who has two S60s in his driveway, both with hitches, boasted to me one day about the money he saved by having the hitches and wiring installed by U-Haul. In other words, he didn't use OEM and they did a nice tidy job with all the appropriate wiring.
