timing belt replacement

On your model year ('94) (From the Volvo Diagnostic Manual):
Pulley tightened to 30Nm (22.13lb ft)
Idler pulley tignted to 24Nm (17.7lb ft)
Tensioner dampening unit to 25Nm (18.44lb ft)
Tensioner pulley lever screw to 39 +/- 5Nm (28.76 +/-3.7lb ft)
Camshaft screws (2x3) to 20Nm (14.75lb ft)
Coolant pump screws (with new gasket) to 20Nm (14.75lb ft)

Hope I didn't leave anything out.
Of course the above can be close...I'd try to get as close to 10th of a lb ft. as possible and not worry about the 100th of a lb ft.

Good luck.
