The large alumunum hose your're seeing is hooked to a metal shield over the exhaust manifold and runs to the air cleaner box. Its purpose is to allow the engine to draw hot air from the exhaust heat during cold startup. There is a theromostat on the air cleaner that controls the air flow. It's a standard stock item in good auto parts stores or you can sometimes find a piece of PVC pipe the right size and just insert it in the break and hose clamp it in. Your #2 hose sounds like you're describing the hose that runs from the air cleaner to throttle body. (Black, soft and about 4" in diameter?) If that is unhooked you have a problem as unfiltered air is entering the engine. I'm guessing it should be hooked to the hole in the air box. Not sure about your third question. The anti theft horn is the round device in the middle of the firewall. If it isn't honking, possibly the connector was unhooked. Hope this helps
