ABS dashboard warning light is on

The ABS warning light on my '94 850 is steady on. I ran a diagnostic and three fault codes were returned: 4-2-2 Return valve for rear brakes, open circuit or short, 2-1-3 LH rear wheel sensor, no signal when moving off, 2-1-4 RH rear wheel sensor, no signal when moving off. Can anyone translate this into English? What do I need to do to correct this? Is this something for a do-it-yourself mechanic or should I take it to a dealer? Please advise.
