You can get the lenses at lampsandlenses.com and you simply remove the three bolts in the back of the lamp assembley, pull the assembly out, pop off the 8 or 9 clips that hold the lens on and put the new lens on. Put it all back together and you are done. It is 10 minutes work once you have done it one time.
