Sam's Club has 195/60R15 88H RBL BF GoodrichTraction T/A for $68.32 ea. (includes $8 shipping to the nearest store). I don't remember what they want for installation/balance etc. But it seemed reasonable. I think mine was free because they did not get it done within their 30 minute promise. I put a set on my wife's '99 X/C a few months ago and so far no complaints. It seemed they had they proper equipment and tools (i.e coated weights for the alloy wheels, torque sticks, etc.) They looked up recommended tire pressures, and torque specifications for the wheels. As you can tell, I am pretty particular and I was pleased. Plus, I will be moving in the next few months, so a national chain is a plus.

One caveat that I just noticed, Volvo recommends a modified X pattern when rotating the tires on this car, but these tires are directional. I asked BF Goodrich if they could be crossed and they said "No, keep them on the same side of the vehicle." I don't believe that this will be a problem, but we all are wary of keeping the wear equal on all tires on the X/C's.
