Considering a C70

I'm considering buying a used C70 - it would be my 3rd Volvo. Does this car share the same drive train as the S70 and/or 850? Anything specific that I should be on the lookout for? My current ride is a '93 850 with 200K miles - I've done almost all of the last 70K miles worth of maintenance myself.
