You'll have to look for your engine number on the Timing Belt cover. If it is OVER 1266127, then you will need to go ahead with a TB change. If it is any number up to (and including this number) then you have already had one (we hope) and you can go until 140K miles. Usually there is a sticker on the ECU cover showing miles that the TB was changed...this might also help.
