You can buy a replacement odometer drive gear from www.odometergears.com. The replacement gear is stronger than the factory gear.

Its a pretty easy repair. Having a Turbo gauge adds a little more hassle to it, but only in disconnecting the turbo gauge tubing down by the hood latch handle, then not damaging the turbo gauge itself when you pull the cluster apart. I would replace the instrument lights in the cluster while you have it apart.
