2001 V70XC - Lower tail lamp replacement

And I thought you were just trying to replace a light bulb. To replace the rear lense, you must remove the molding. Lift the floor cover over the spare tire and put it to one side. Then remove the plastic molding at the bottom of the door, held down by 4 T25 screws. Lift up on the floor panel on the right side and then move the carpeted molding next to the liftgate. That should expose all of the screws you need to undo.
