Probably won't have the ETM as it's an '02. From '03 the XC's came with a new improved 4WD rear drive section...believe Haldex system, so if you can find an '03, even better. I would avoid '99-'01 altogether due to the ETM that's known to go bad, even stalling people out in busy intersections. '02 is pretty reputable. From '02 both XC's and V70's improved with each year!
