Darn! I was hoping you would have hit 1MM. This is most distressful, down right discouraging. Sounds like a valve went?

The 2002 XC is a nice car, the milage is a bit less than a 2 wheel driver but winter is much more fun and reliable, especially on slippery hills.

If I eat any more bread I will have to get heavy duty springs on the left side of my V70!
