I'm in the States and we don't get the 440 here. Are you sure your engine is a B20F? or is it really a B200F?

Volvo single cam engines are NOT intereference engines. All dual cam spark ignited engine, indicated by 4 as last digit (B204F, B234F, B5234FT, B5244F, B6254F, B6304F) are all smashers, as are all diesels.
