Here is what you need V70-XC70 1998

I did mine in 2004 and wrote it up.

1. Parts:
I bought from www.autohausaz.com
Make sure TB is made by Conti-tech (supplier for BMW, Porsche, VW, Volvo,. Saab etc.)

2. Serpentine Tool trick (it is a square, not Allen bolt):

4. If you mileage above 120K consider:
-water pump
-cam seals x 2
-crank seal x1
