Are there blinking lights on the ECC when you turn the car on? Read the codes to the ECC and report back (www.vovlvospeed.com and then click on Maintenance and go into Bay13 and there are instructions there). I suspect a seized blower motor that you'll probably have to replace, but not that big of a deal. Last time I checked, www.eeuroparts.com had them for cheapest around.
