Turbo Meter not working 850 1995

I pulled my dash out on my 1995 850 Turbo to replace the odometer gear. After putting it back together, the turbo meter was not working. I took it out and double checked to make sure I didn't have the needle too tight and make the sure the hose was connected. It is still not working. Any ideas?
