Tuition checks V70-XC70 1998

My baby girl just graduated -- Phi Beta Kappa, Department Honors, General Honors and she even picked up enough Chemistry courses on the side for an Official Minor -- so I anticipate an immense improvement in my future cash flow, since she should be getting a free ride for grad school.

As a "performance bonus" I offered her a new S60 or S40 -- but she picked a **HONDA ACCORD**!

I've looked at European delivery. The numbers "work" for BMW, if your boss lets you take a vacation, or if you don't mind the time lost from work (I am my own boss -- and staff, too!) Once the deep discounting season starts for Volvos, by December or January, it looks like it's cheaper to just buy one here in the US. Cars-direct dot com currently quotes 16.7% off list for a 2006 V70R in my zip code.

There are costs to the manufacturer involved -- Porsche actually charges EXTRA for European delivery!!!

Used Pegs is not a bad idea at all for the snows but I think I'll beat up on the T5 for at least one more winter first.

Anyway, good luck with the bevel gear and the tuition!

-BTC
