2000 S80 t6 ac problems S80 2000

So it has been a while, I have been busy. Well checking the low pressure I was getting around 70 psi, or whatever unit that stuff is measured in, which made me think that this was too high. I let some out til it dropped to 60 units and the ac got cooler. So I began letting more out in smaller increments and the ac got cooler and cooler but still not as cool as it should be. Highway speeds help but still not cool. Any suggestions other than unloading this turd of a car?
