Is the ECC on the dash easily replaceable?

Blinking lites often mean that the internal temp sensors are broken. In the 850, they are in the roof by the door openings. They are a wire coil and a fan. The wire in the coil will break at one terminal. Unwind a little wire and re-solder, they work fine again. Cured my flashing lites.
