LOL. "I'm not in a hurry" is the worst thing to ever say when you want something done, even if your not in a hurry.
Down the street from me is a Discount Tire shop. No waiting, ever.
You need to find better shops that you can depend on. It takes a while to build up a rapport with the owner, but take time to do it. Always give the shop something small to do (cheap) and see if you like how theey do it. Never leave the car there overnight, but wait for the service to be completed, if you have never been there before. Always find out who is in charge.
Good luck finding another shop.
