I have never seen hard lines replaced by SS lines. Your 95 shouldn't need new hard lines yet, my 164 is 30 years old and the hard lines are still good.
By all means, replace the front rubber lines real soon. IPD sells a bleeder pump which works OK, but try NAPA first - no shipping costs!
