This is great. So I'll bump it up again.
And for those like me who use a Mac OSX, get this little free (well, it's shareware) app to expand the RAR file: http://www.unrarx.com/

1. download the unrarx application
2. download the file (13.5 mb!)
3. open the app
3. drag the file in the app window

It creates pdf files in a nice tidy folder.
