The ignition key on my 2002 V70 would not turn far enough to start the car. A phone call to Volvo gave me advice to force the key (w/o breaking it), and it worked. During the 9 months i had the car, the key always was slightly rough to turn. I guess i'll have Volvo check if a new cylinder is in order (but it worked the second time i tried to start it again). Do you have any suggestions?
