I wouldn't buy at a retail price like that without a substantial or complete service history or independent inspection and a CarFax report too. I would want proof it was unmodified and passed previous emission tests, wasn't in a flood, etc. If one owner maybe you can twist the dealer's arm to reveal who (or it might be on the carfax). Price seems upper end especially if not a turbo. Name of the dealer doesn't matter - you're buying a car, not him.
Some dealers seem hardly to get to know the cars they take in - in one Volvo I bought from a Volvo dealer I found not only the previous owner's business card (and called him up) but also a couple of joints he had left in the pocket behind the driver's seat.
