electrical problem S80 2000

Moving the turn lever left or right does not activate turn signals. Also does not change hi-low beam on headlites. The 4 way flasher works fine. Headlites stuck on low beam, regardless where control switch on dash is (if i move to parking lites, it still stays on low beam). I replaced the handle- combo switch
and problem remains. Any suggestions thanks PH
