Failed Emission Test 850 1996

You shouldn't have any cat problems at your mileage. You can check for any blockage by connecting a vacuum gauge to the intake manifold. A good place to attach a T fitting is on the drivers side right in the front. With the ac shut off it should read around 15-17 inches at idle. Run the rpm up to 2500-3000. The vacuum should not change much at all. Any drop of 3 or more usually indicates an exhaust blockage of some sort.
