I found Matt's Volvo site about 850s.

I reset the service light and scanned the DTCs.

Lucky me, 1-1-1, meaning no thrown codes.

Also, the verdict is in from the ECU: The official mileage is 108,199! I'll be on the horn with the stealership Monday.

However, the coolant is looking mighty oily. I'm going to flush/refill with Prestone coolant tomorrow since it's supposed to be nice.

New question:

When I have the key on, engine off, I get this humming sound from the throttle body. Since I didn't have my torx heads available, I couldn't pull off the cover to see what it was. What would be under there humming? My 960 just has the throttle pulleys under there ;-)
