Is my ignition switch or my pnp switch going bad, and or are both going bad? 850

I shall try the key senario tommorow. But this only seems to happen when I disconnect the battery and or remove the 15 amp fuse for the engine/tranny control. Might it be the computer in a reset mode status. The delay is usually no longerthan 3-5 minutes at the very least. This car seems to depend a great deal on its electronics? My 740s' (8 valve wagons non-turbos) 1988,1989, 1990 450-500,000 and 1990 with 165,000 original MILES and no issues. Despite this I think the 850 is a good model, one must just take extra care of them.

Best Regards!
