These new fangled cars don't use vacuum for changing vents, it's all electric motors. Your center vent on the dash has an extra wheel, which allows for fresh air to enter the cabin. I suspect that it is wide open. Turning the wheel up(?) will close the fresh, unheated, air from entering.
