Vibrations at Startup 850

So, it happened again this morning. And I noticed that the car is set to exactly 400 RPM. I think it's vibrating because it's struggling to stay running. I try revving it up, but it sinks right back to 400 RPM. Then after it's done it's struggles, it just idles nicely at 800 RPM.

I'll check the air pump suggestion.
