ECC Dial not working properly 850 1997

I know on 93 to 95 you could use the on board diaganosis to help figure this out.

Not sure how this is capable on a 97.

I do know the ECC is on a circuit board inside of it... and your hope is that one of the motors on the ductwork which controls air flow needs to be replaced instead of the ECC unit itself.

If you could even have one switched in its place to use as a self diagnosis method.
