Help changing upper engine mount S70 1998

Use a hack saw blade and cut the old one out...be careful not to cut the round retaining bracket. Now, about the new one. If you're using a new poly bushing it's easy, but if you're using a new OEM bushing it takes a special press, or you can do like others have done and make your own: http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/engine_mount2.php
You might want to check this out to (how to take out the original one): http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/engine_mount.php
Good luck!
