Hi Dan,

Glad to see you included the car year on Subject line — shows good breeding, IMO.

On the off chance that 850 seat mechanism was shared with 940/960, see what you can find on the RWD forum in the 700/900 FAQ under "Interior & Seats". Might be some clues there.
