Does Check Engine light come on to change Timing Belt ? 850 1994

Ok, I did the Diag on Port6 of the left box (according to the manual that I have) and it still gives me a code 1-1-1 Indicating everything is ok. But the check engine light is still on. So now I'm thinking something is else wrong (even though Im ordering the timimg belt,tensioner, & water pump as we speak as well as the replacement gears for the Odometer) I still need to find the Main Problem ! Also, I'm still hoping (praying)if the check engine light comes on @ a specific time 6700,11,000,18,000 ect for a timing belt change, just like the SERVICE LIGHT DOES before needing service) I've got to have Faith ! It's a Volvo !!
