Cold weather 850

Before you start the car, turn off the radio. Then put the key in pos II, you should hear the fuel pump make a noise for 1 or 2 seconds, just a whirr. If you do not hear this sound, then suspect the fuel pump relay. The relay is located under the fuse tray, in the engine compartment.
